In 2016, a job posting in the job listings section of the job board of the HR firm CCS listed “BSAs” as the best career option for “Business Administration”.
That meant the candidate was the candidate with the highest level of BSA experience.
The best part?
They had to be the candidate in question, so the company had to hire a person with that level of experience.
This meant that the candidate would have to take on the position.
In the same post, the CCS job posting listed “HR Executive” as a good position to search for, so it was not surprising that the job posting was filled by someone with the HR experience needed for the job.
The CCS HR Executive Job posting The HR Executive position requires the candidate to have the following skills and experience: 1) Business Administration 2) Business Analyst 3) Business Salesperson The hiring process is fairly simple.
The candidate will be interviewed by HR at a location (usually a conference room) and the interviewer will ask questions about their background and the job responsibilities they are looking for.
For the candidate, HR must also give them a pay grade.
They then make the hiring decision based on the pay grade and experience they provide.
There are two different pay scales available for HR and business administration positions.
The first scale is called the Senior Executive.
The Senior Executive salary is $65,000 for a full-time, four-year employee, and the next scale is the Senior Associate.
If the candidate has been in the HR industry for a while and they have the skills to do this job, they should have been considered for the Senior Vice President or Vice President role.
This scale is generally the most popular, and it has become the preferred one.
On the other hand, there are some companies that offer only one pay scale for the HR Executive and they don’t offer a second scale for Business Administration.
As a result, HR executives in the industry tend to be underpaid.
At the same time, there is a huge difference in salaries between those with and without BSA backgrounds.
According to Salary.com, HR Executive pay ranges from $62,000 to $80,000 per year, and Associate pay ranges between $37,000 and $53,000.
So if you are a business administration or HR Executive candidate, you may be asking yourself, “What the hell am I going to do?”
In 2016, the average pay for an HR Executive is $90,000 (or $65K per year).
